Our beef is a crossbreed of Angus and Wagyu cattle. This breed known as American Wagyu produces a very flavorful, tender beef that consistently grades as prime.

Reserve Your Beef
Submit your deposit for the next available butcher date
All of the beef we sell is butchered at a USDA processor AFTER our customers reserve it. We don’t sell you beef from our freezers.
Customize Your Beef
We provide you with a cut list
You get to select every cut of beef you want from various sections of the beef as well as the thickness of your steaks and how you want it packaged.
Pick Up Your Beef
The beef is aged for 14 days
After the beef hangs for a couple weeks it is cut according to your specifications, vacuumed sealed and you are notified when it’s ready pick up from the processor and stock your freezer
Total price of the beef is $6.50/lb of the carcass weight. This weight is determined at the initial processing phase.
