Carlson Livestock is a first-generation family-run cattle operation located in Pierce, Colorado.
We focus on raising cow/calf pairs as well as providing beef directly to customers all around Colorado.

Beef
We specialize in a crossbreed between Wagyu and Angus to bring affordable, quality meat to your table.
We sell by 1/4, 1/2, or whole, and process all our beef through local USDA butchers.

Calves
After weaning, we sell a select number of calves that don’t fit into our breeding or finishing program. These calves can be purchased to be added to your farm or ranch.
